My office is located at 2629 Redwing Road, Suite 316. Look for the three bigger buildings in the office park. Mine is the furthest west of those three bigger buildings. The main entrance is on the north side of the building and there’s an automatic door on the west side of the building.

I am in-network with Aetna and out-of-network with all other insurances. I am happy to provide a superbill for clients who have out-of-network benefits. Please note that I am not a Medicaid provider. If you have Medicaid coverage that includes mental health services, I am not able to offer mental health services to you.

As a client, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” in writing explaining how much your psychotherapy services will cost if you are not using insurance. You may request a Good Faith Estimate in advance of an already scheduled psychotherapy session or at any point during your treatment.

During our first appointment, I will be warm and welcoming. I know how hard it can be to meet with a therapist you don’t know and talk about deeply personal issues. I will listen well, ask questions along the way, and be actively engaged as we begin this valuable work together. We will start developing a plan for how to move forward in therapy so we can address what feels most important.

The answer to this question is--it depends. This is something we will need to talk about together. It depends on your goals for therapy and how much time it may take to reach those goals. I can tell you that I aim to make as much progress as we can in each and every session.

I ask that you let me know 48 hours before, or earlier, if you need to reschedule a session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full rate, with the exception of illness or emergency situations.
